Frequently Asked Retainer Questions
How do payments and deposits work?
Every engagement is formalized via a digitally signed PandaDoc Project Agreement. Production begins upon clearance of a non-refundable 50% upfront deposit for single cuts, or 100% upfront for monthly retainers. International payments are remitted in USD, EUR, or GBP via Wise, Bank/SWIFT wire, or PayPal. Domestic Indian payments are handled via Razorpay or direct bank transfer. Stripe is not accepted.
What is your revision turnaround time?
All revisions are conducted asynchronously on Frame.io. Feedback left with exact time-coded markers is typically implemented and re-exported within 24 hours.
Does unused monthly retainer bandwidth roll over?
Retainer allocations secure exclusive calendar bandwidth in my production studio. Bandwidth allocations expire at the end of each monthly billing cycle and do not roll over. This guarantees that every retained client receives dedicated, uncompromised attention.
Can I request 24-hour rush turnarounds?
Yes. Rush deliveries (24–36 hour turnaround) are available subject to calendar capacity. Rush requests incur a 30% to 50% surcharge depending on raw footage volume.
